PTS is a credible, independent and professional Third-party institute which provides service as inspection, testing and certification of products to clients. PTS is accredited by CNAS、CMA 、CPSC and a contracted laboratory of CQC and the first Third-party institute allowed to do test for importing and exporting in Ningbo. PTS is not only a member of the International Electro technical Commission, but also cooperator of the USA ANSI in East China. PTS-Ningbo is headquarters and also central laboratory with groups of physical and chemical testing, toy and textile testing, environmental testing, electrical safety testing, material testing and reliability testing. In order to provide integrated one-stop service, PTS has also established branches at the east of China. PTS-Suzhou is a branch lab for the same mentioned services. PTS sales offices are in city Shanghai, Qingdao, Hangzhou. At present, the total laboratory area at east of China is over 6000 square meters.

All PTS laboratories are operating with compliance of international laboratory system ISO/EN 17025:2005 standard. They are accredited by CNAS, which is the member of ILAC (International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation). The test report is in line with the international standards and has the international credibility.
